Yvette is the absolute best! My husband and I are fairly young to be buying our first condo so a lot of times it felt like sellers would try to use it against us, but Yvette always had our back! She always had our best interest at heart and really felt like she cared about us and really wanted us to get the best for our kids. Never did it feel like it was all just about money when working with her; she fought tirelessly for us when others tried to take advantage of our situation. On top of that she’s the sweetest person who constantly would check in with us, show us house after house, kept in mind of our likes/ dislikes of previous homes, and made us feel good even when I had gotten discouraged. If you ever have the opportunity to work with her, take it because this woman is incredible, truly!

When we asked her to be our realtor, little did we know just what was ahead for us.
There was one obstacle after another, all having to do with issues on our side. Our escrow wasn’t like most, we were selling a mobile home, which means the property and home are separate. Our Grant Deed was now written up correctly 20 years ago when we purchased the property, and we just realized it.
We do believe anyone else would have politely walked away, Yvette politely helped us even more! She patiently helped us through every step, encouraging us all the way. We can still hear her saying, “it’s all good, don’t worry”, “It’s going to be ok” and best yet, “You’re closing this week”.
There was never a call from us that she ignored. Every question (and there were many) were answered in a timely manner with positivity in her voice. Yvette was always professional and knowledgeable. She impressed us beyond any expectations we had for a realtor.
